Icicle Pops
For fruit pops: 500ml
unsweetened orange juice 2 T sugar
6-8 ice cream sticks
6-8 plastic c or Popsicle molds
Method:
1. Half orange juice evenly putting one half into a small
pot, add sugar and heat slowly.
2. Once sugar is dissolved remove from heat and slowly stir
into the remaining orange juice.
3. Carefully pour into Popsicle moulds and place in freezer
for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Once frozen hard remove from cups by running under warm
water and enjoy.
