1 banana peeled and diced
1 T honey
1\2 c low fat milk
1\4 c low fat coconut cream
1\4 c unsweetened pineapple juice, strained from crushed pineapple
1\2 c unsweetened crushed pineapple 2-3 ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve in tall glasses with cocktail umbrellas or garnish with fruit slices for that real tropical feel.
