Sesame Chicken Bits
| Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts (skin removed)
2 T soy sauce
2 T soft honey
3 t canola oil
1 t of sesame oil (optional)
3/4 c sesame seeds

Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 220°C
2. Cut chicken into 1.5 cm wide strips. Put in a medium
bowl.
3. Place soy sauce, honey and oil in a bowl, mix well then
pour over chicken until it is evenly coated. Cover with glad wrap and
refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Place sesame seeds on a flat plate. Roll chicken strips
in sesame seeds to cover.
5. Place in a lightly oiled roasting dish. Bake at 220°C
for 15 minutes, turning every 4-5 minutes, until chicken is cooked.
How do you tell if your chicken is cooked properly? Cut
open a baked chicken bit and if it has no pink flesh but has turned white,
then it is cooked.
